Open Gym

Body Focus is now offering you the chance to use our gym as you would any other.

Prices start from just £7 per visit. Or if you like you can pay a set amount of £40 for unlimited usage (standing order only).

The open gym will be available during the following opening times:

1. Monday: 9:00am - 8:30pm
2. Tuesday: 9:00am - 8:30pm
3. Wednesday: 9:00am - 8:30pm
4. Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
5. Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
6. Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
