Circuit Class

A Great way to improve speed, strength, stamina and overall body performance

Circuits is highly motivated, highly energetic and it suitable for everyone, you set the pace.

Circuit training utilises a series of static stations that continually challenge the upper and lower body, as you progress round each station, certain muscle groups will be targeted for a period of time at that station.

A typical Circuit Training class can consist of 10 or more stations. A set time will be specified for each station, with possibly extra exercises inserted between some station changeovers.

Excersices may include:

  • Shuttle Runs
  • Step-Up's
  • Resistance Bands
  • Floor Work(Pushups, Situps)
  • Free Weights
  • Skipping
  • Plus others
